Wiltshire Horn sheep are a hardy, low care English breed that shed their wool. They are ideal meat sheep as they are leaner than most other sheep breeds. The rams have large curly horns and the ewes have smaller horns. Wiltshire Horn ewes usually have twin and sometimes triplet lambs as they get older. We bought 15 ewes and 1 ram from a neighbour in June 2003. At the moment they are simply being bred for meat but sometime in the future, as our flock grows larger, we may have purebred rams for sale.
NOTE
Pure-bred flock rams are available for purchase now at most times, and ewes are offered for sale as opportunity permits
